• If you upload a file, we also store its file name, type, size, and private attachment content.
• The hidden anti-spam field and submission timing are used to identify automated or abusive requests.

Why we use it

How information is handled

Enquiry records are stored in the NUCH CHABA CMS. Attachments are kept in private object storage and can be downloaded only through an authenticated Admin workflow. Authorized NUCH CHABA personnel and infrastructure providers supporting this service may process the information for these purposes.

Retention

OWNER APPROVAL REQUIRED: the final retention periods for enquiry records and attachments have not been approved. They are configurable policy values and may use different periods. Until the owner approves and implements those periods, this notice must not state a duration or imply automatic deletion.
